MEANINGful Monday: What-Not

What-Not:
An English piece of furniture inspired by, and very similar to, the French étagère which was popular during the 19th century. It typically consists of slender uprights supporting multiple open shelves and was commonly used to display small decorative objects. {19th century English bamboo corner what-not with japanning, 19th century English mahogany what-not}

  1. I am not much of a "what-notter" myself. I am too lazy to collect stuff and much too lazy to take every thing off of every shelf to dust. I can appreciate those who do "what-not", but not me:)
