Scale
overall size

Proportion
size relationship or ratio

Balance
equilibrium achieved by components - symmetric, asymmetric or radial

Rhythm
flow of elements - repetition, gradation, etc

Harmony
compatibility of elements - unity & variety

Emphasis
point of interest or focal point
